These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Yettuce. When you create an account or use the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Yettuce helps you discover recipes using your tastes, pantry, and cooking preferences. We may offer related features such as collections, social tools, and an optional Text Assistant you can reach by SMS after you link and verify a phone number in Settings.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
You agree to use Yettuce only for lawful purposes. You may not harass others, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to scrape or overload our systems without permission, or misuse other users' information.
Yettuce, its branding, and its software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us a license to host, display, and process that content to run and improve the service, including operating features like the Text Assistant.
If you choose to link a phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Yettuce for that feature, including verification codes and automated assistant replies. Replies are generated using artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use suggestions, including for allergies, food safety, and health. Nothing we send is a substitute for professional advice.
Standard carrier rates may apply. You can unlink your number or delete your account in Settings. See the Text messages and Text Assistant section of our Privacy Policy for details on consent and processing.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Yettuce, subject to limits that apply in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
